Having spent extensive time in commercial kitchens, I know exactly what it takes to build a food brand from the ground up to millions of meals, while minimising the daily friction chefs and procurement staff experience.
Armed with deep insights into nutrition, business and e-commerce, I’ve made it my mission to manage the culinary journey from A to Z.
My goal is simple: to remove operational roadblocks so that culinary teams can focus on what matters most—improving food quality and creating enjoyable dining experiences.
