Chef-Centric Recipe and Food Management
Recipee is built from the kitchen backwards. Every workflow starts with how a chef, a buyer, or a finance lead actually works—then the technology fits around them. Not the other way round.
Most recipe systems—and I mean all of our competitors—are built by techies first. People who've never stood in a kitchen or run a production line. I'm not one of them. I've worked with recipes and chefs for over 20 years, and that's exactly why Recipee feels different to use.
The systems I relied on before were painful. Twenty clicks to do one simple thing. Data that broke and stayed broken. I'd report problems, send videos, screenshots, even the fix itself—and get told it was fine. It wasn't fine. They didn't understand why accuracy matters when a wrong allergen can hurt someone, or why efficiency matters when a chef has a hundred other things to do.
That gap between the people building the software and the people using it is the whole problem. When the builder has never felt the friction, they can't design it out.
